I'M OPENING A MELBOURNE SANDWICH DELI
Today we go behind the scenes on a new business I've started, and try some of our secret menu items. It's a Brooklyn New York style sandwich bar in the heart of Melbourne, with Reubens, melts, and some special items too. We talk about the economics of investing in and buying a cafe and restaurant, and why it's a part of my portfolio.
This is a new genre of video for the channel. I see a lot of people in my comments asking what I do, and how I ended up here. So, we're starting to go behind the scenes on a few of my businesses, and vlog the parts of life that make it possible to own and drive certain cars. I'm young enough to know that there's an audience on YouTube hungry for knowledge, and I consume a lot of videos myself. So we've decided to track parts of my journey for you guys.
I'm sure it will be an unusual jolt for my car-focused channel. But we're committed to doing something new. I'd love to hear your thoughts. What do you think? Is there anything you'd like to see?
