So what is the difference?I have received this question multiple times on a few of my TT250 videos, so I thought I would take some time to answer that question. Join me on a scenic sunset ride through Lytle Creek, CA as I shed some light on the similarities and differences between both bikes!
The CSC TT250 and the Hawk 250 are both clones of the Honda NXR 150 Bros. The Bros is a Honda model designed for the South American market (originally for Brazil), which is a area of the world that relies heavily on motorcycles for transportation. The NXR 150 Bros was designed as a on-road / off-road motorcycle to be capable enough to handle the road conditions in South America. It was originally released in 2003 and then refreshed in 2009. Although the Hawk 250, CSC TT250 and Honda NXR 150 Bros look very similar, the NXR 150 Bros was offered with a more modern engine instead of the classic CG pushrod engine, and it was also offered in various configurations with drum brakes.

The CSC TT250 shares a lot of the same features as the Hawk 250 including a similar engine (a Honda CG Clone Engine), a 21 inch front wheel, an 18 inch rear wheel and disk brakes. The similarities start to become more apparent after that though, as the CSC TT250 includes many upgraded components including mirrors, switch gear, suspension, registration options, support and customer service. Is it worth the one thousand dollar premium over the Hawk 250? You'll have to watch the video to get my full opinion!
I hope this video answers some questions that I get regularly about the differences between the CSC TT250 and the Hawk 250. If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to like, subscribe and share!
Thank you so much for watching, and I'll see you guys next time. Take care!
