$60 "Anime" Watercooler from Aliexpress... Can It Cool a Ryzen 9 9900X3D?

Today I’m reviewing one of the weirdest AIO watercoolers I’ve ever tested: the Yeston Sakura White. This $60 unit from Aliexpress not only features an anime girl on the waterblock (very important for me), but also overall looks cool. So we're putting it to the test with a Ryzen 9 9900X3D!
