How to identify and use purslane

Purslane, Portulaca oleracea, is a common weed that packs a lot of nutrition. It has the highest Vitamin A of any leafy vegetable and the highest Omega-3 content of any plant. Learn how to identify this plant to make sure you aren't picking the poisonous look-alike, spurge.
