Bột Chiên | Chè Ngon 3 Màu Đức Hoa- Still one of my favorite hidden bot chiens in Saigon. Something about this location and the way they fry the bot chien with lots of toppings just hits home for me. Don't forget something cold and sweet to sip on as well.
