The Cure 1983 Bournemouth, England Perfect cold set!!!

Set :

1 - The figurehead - 0:08

2 - In your house - 6:30- ( introduced by "Thank you. I don't know what you were expecting us to play tonight but ?? this is called In your house")

3 - M - 10:12- ( introduced by "So you want any comer to be welcome, apart from things like that. This is called M")

4 - The drowning man - 14:30- ( introduced by "Yeah we will probably play all those but later" after the audience is yelling "A forest" and a few others songs. GREAT drowning version with a great guitar)

5 - Cold - 20:15- ( introduced by "Thank you." and a few time later "This is.... called Cold".. funny change of piano tune at the beginning : it was too acute first)

6 - Siamese twins - 24:45- ( after a few guitar riffs, introduced by "This is called Siamese twins". Really stange drum part which make the version darker and slower. Robert had to sing slower !! cadence was a little quicker after a few sentences.)

7 - Primary - 31:35- ( audience is still asking forest before primary. a long time between Siamese Twins and Primary)

8 - Three imaginary boys - 35:22- ( audience is now asking for Grinding halt, Simon and Killing an arab before robert intriduced "This is called Three Imaginary Boys")

9 - At night -38:40- ( at the end of TIB, long discussion between robert and audience : "How many of you have seen The Cure play that before ? ?? " Answer "yeahh, do the hansa ouhhh" Robert : "no no the hansa..i was saying we only had 8 days rehearses so we don't know all things" Audience is asking for Boys don't Cry.robert : "yeah we know that. So probably a lot of the songs were a bit different, we don't know yet but we will do... it'not much good tonight. Anyway, this is called At night")

10 - One hundred years - 45:50- ( introduced by "This is called A hundred years".;Real quick drum part !!!)

11 - Play for today - 53:10- ( funny drum machin effects.. quite quick version)

12 - 10.15 Saturday night - 57:33- ( audience is asking for "Jumping and hansa".robert introduced 10.15 by "yeah this is so... something...top anyway")

13 - Killing an Arab - 1:01:30 - ( Introduced by "This is something else really really old".. Real quick and punk version)

14 - A forest - 1:04:07 - ( Audience is asking one more time for Boys don't Cry..Robert answered "We can't play Boys don't cry !!"..then audience is asking for "Plastic Passion"..Robert "This is ok but we don't know guitar part.Now this is just.." Audience yell "Jumping someone else's train !!". Robert answered " On no no no ! Something else almost as old". Long intro with a few guitar mistakes. Drum part seems normal this time with some nice effect ! Great bass part and a great quick version.)

15 - Pornography - 1:10:55 - ( introduced "It could be the last song I think" Audience is not ok.. then during Pornography intro "If you can make tape noises likeBla Bla Bla Bla cause we haven't brought the tape for this".. then also during intro Robert is saying "Poor george".. Great Drum intro, real good piano part and a delicious unpleasant guitar. Song wrong note near the end of the great intro. Robert doesn't sing but yell. Finished with a "Thank you.;this is one of my favorite tonight.. thank you")
First encore :

16 - Jumping someone else's train - 1:18:59 - ( Audience is still asking for Boys don't cry. robert : "Thank you. We can't do Boys don't cry ! Anything else?".. great fast jumping with a lot of mistake in guitar.)

17 - Another journey by train - 1:22:15 - ( directly after Jumping.;with some nice drum effect..transition wasn't great as 80 version)

18 - Forever - 1:23:10- ( directly after Another journey..some funny piano effect..great version with some "The walk" note in guitar solo. "Thank you. See you next show")
