Arctic Air Ultra Review: Will This One Work?

This is the new updated version of the Arctic Air. The Ultra is suppose to have 2X the cooling power and has some other added features. These new features include an adjustable vent, new filter design and a sleeker design. The original Arctic Air fell short in its cooling power, but will this new Arctic Air Ultra fix this issue?
