AS WE ARE GETTING READY FOR ANOTHER MARKET WEEK for NIO stock WE are getting some amazing news. WE HAVE GOTTEN AN UPDATE on the rumors about NIO building a second factory which IN MY OPINION pretty much MAKES THIS OFFICIAL. We have ALSO just seen NIO’s co founder and president Qin Lihong hold a presentation where he goes into some further detail about their battery swap station plans and BRIEFLY CONFIRMING their expansion plans.

And even apart from this we have Joe Biden promising to sign a bunch of executive orders on the first days he takes office. Some of these orders will be ON COMBATING CLIMATE CHANGE and incentivizing a move TO NEW ENERGY, so you can just imagine yourself how bullish that will be for NIO. So let’s get right into these and I WILL END WITH talking about my expectations for next week so stay tuned friends!

I talked about it in the last video but VERY BRIEFLY last week as a very interesting one for NIO. Where we reached even the mid 60 dollar levels before going back down to 56 dollars a share on friday which is STILL REALLY HIGH BY THE WAY. You guys pointed out that this profit taking could have been amplified by China getting some COVID cases again and also possibly by former NIO co founder and executive vice president Jack Cheng getting a job somewhere else. In the grand scheme of things this is not a big deal and Jack Cheng even retired from NIO in August 2019 anyways.

Now on the other hand guys we have plenty of reasons to see a green next week which I am so excited for. YOU PROBABLY KNOW ABOUT THE RUMORS OF NIO BUILDING A SECOND FACTORY. BUT GUYS we have gotten another update on this AND IT IS PRETTY MUCH CONFIRMED. NOt only ARE we now seeing the LARGER media outlets such as BAIDU talking about it, and these guys really can’t afford to be wrong, BUT WE ALSO SAW another article CONFIRMING IT. It is in Chinese and thanks to the NIO subreddit for finding it AND IT SAYS.

According to Beijing INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES official account, recently, the bidding announcement exposed on the Internet shows that Jianghuai NIO is bidding for its manufacturing base.

The new base construction site is located in the section of Jiangnan Road, Economic Development Zone, Hefei City. According to the 60-day planned construction period shown in the tender document, it is expected that the second factory of Jianghuai Weilai will be completed and put into production within this year.

It is worth mentioning that the Jianghuai Weilai manufacturing base has just been selected as the 2020 Anhui Smart Factory. The Jianghuai Weilai manufacturing base, which started in October 2016, was completed in one year and three months, and delivered more than 10,000 units that year.

As of November 2020, nearly 80,000 units of ES8 and ES6 models have been delivered. EC6 sales have continued to increase since mass production and delivery started in September. With the launch of ET7, the construction of the second factory also prepares for future sales growth.

What really impressed me about this is the 60 day construction time so depending on when this year WE WILL BE SEEING the construction starting THINGS CAN GO VERY FAST and we might even have 2 NIO FACTORIES BEING ACTIVE IN 2021 so just imagine how much the deliveries will increase.

Again this is a huge bullish sign in my opinion since TALK IS CHEAP, AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH you say that you will be selling hundreds of thousands of NIO cars every year it is still only talk.

ON THE OTHER HAND when we see another entire factory being planned THIS EARLY IN THE YEAR that SHOWS us investors just how massive William Li’s expectations are when it comes to the demand of NIO cars and with this recent article from the government themselves WE CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS IN FACT TRUE.
