Recipe for Banana Bread:

1 3/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 Eggs
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 c. Oil
1/4 + 1 T. Milk
1 t. Vanilla
*Optional: 1 c. Nuts*

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix well.
Put batter in bread pan and bake at 325° F for 1 hour or until done.
*Makes one loaf*
