For today's #onceuponapointe, I tell you the story of getting cast in, rehearsing, and performing Christopher Wheeldon's iconic ballet Carousel, a Dance. This was such an important role in my career as it was the first principal role I danced at the New York State Theater in Lincoln Center. I also tell you the story of winning the Movado Future Legends Award and how that altered my career as a dancer.
