hiring, staffing when you get started with your small business

I found hiring a reoccurring issue and problem that I could only learn as I was going along. I had no knowledge, benchmarks, or know-how I should go about staffing and hiring.

I completely disregarded the possibility and the idea of using AI to help me with because it didn't even cross my mind that I could.

So I just went on a journey of rollercoaster with hiring so far. I am still not where I would want to be but I have learnt a lot and want to get better.

Hiring and staff will remain the single most difficult pain point in any business so you have to approach that it is journey.
