Oslo tourist attraction at Frogner Park’s Vigeland Sculpture Park featuring Sinnataggen, angry boy

In this video, you will see the some of the bronze sculptures at Vigeland Park (Vigelandsparken) which is a part of Frogner Park (Frognerparken) in Oslo, Norway. This is an open air museum where you get to see the artworks (sculptures) of the world-renowned sculptor Gustav Vigeland (1869-1943).

Gustav Vigeland was quite a lobbyist, and persuaded the city of Oslo to build him a combined home and studio. In return, Vigeland would donate all his works to the city sometime in the future.

The most famous sculpture in the park is that of a small angry boy called Sinnataggen. It’s been exposed to numerous vandalism. It has been soiled with different colors of paint, stolen but was recovered again. In 2021, somebody attempted to saw the left ankle of the statue. Therefore it was removed from the park to get fixed. It’s back in the park for everyone to see this very much popular naked angry boy bronze sculpture.

Vigeland Park is a must-visit attraction in Oslo, Norway.
