Pork Spareribs (skinless, chopped) 250 gms
Soy Sauce ½ Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
Black Pepper, ground ¼ tsp
Salt, iodized ½ tsp
Garlic Powder ¼ tsp
Egg white 1 Pc
Cornstarch 3 Tbsp
All-Purpose Flour 3 Tbsp
Cooking Oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Reb Bell Pepper, small cubes 10 gms
Onion Leeks, chopped 30 gms
Red Chilies, chopped 2 Pcs

FOR DEEP-FRYING
