Muay Thai Tricks - Knee to Elbow Set Up with Saenchai

Continuing here with my personal highlights from the past year! 2023 allowed me more time than ever before to be spent in Thailand. Some of these visits were made a reality as the result of multiple kind invitations from @TrayvaleTravel to join them on a number of their media trips as they travelled to some truly amazing locations across the country.

This meant spending time in person with their CEO Anuj Bahri, as well as with the likes of Damien Trainor, Panicos Yusuf, Saul Rogers and Rich Norgate (from Siam Boxing)! Who isn't going to enjoy that kind of fantastic company??

This particular clip is from my time at the inaugural Amazing Muay Thai Festival in Hua Hin, and features some outstanding coaching with the phenomenal Muay Thai legend that is Saenchai (alongside the equally brilliant Addy Singpayak Rentapmuaythai). In it, he goes over one way he likes to use and then feint the knee whilst sparring or fighting.
