Sausage, Potato & Spinach Tart

This is a super tasty Sausage, Potato & Spinach Tart suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner, It's also good for packed lunches and picnics too.
Recipe
For the Filling
1 small potato cut into small fingers
225g Sausage meat any flavour you prefer, I used English breakfast.
90 g washed baby spinach leaves
Black pepper
4 spring onions chopped
3 large eggs
80 g grated cheese I prefer cheddar or Gruyère
120 g whole milk
