Ingredients :-
- Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
- ⁠Keema (Beef mince) 1/2 Kg
- ⁠Onion (Piyaz) 1 Big size
- ⁠Bay leaves (Tezz patta) 2-3
- ⁠Garam masala (whole spices ) 2-3
- ⁠Ginger Garlic paste (Adrak lehsan paste) 2 Tbsp
- ⁠Red Chilli powder (Lal mirch powder 1 Tsp
- ⁠Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) 1 Tsp
- ⁠Turmeric powder (Haldi powder) 1 Tsp
- ⁠Garam masala powder (whole spice powder) 1/2 Tsp
- ⁠Korma masala 1 Tsp
- ⁠Salt ( Namak ) 1 Tsp Or to taste
- ⁠Peprika powder (Kashmiri lal mirch) 1 Tsp
- ⁠Tomato puree 2 Tomatoes
- ⁠Potatoes (Aloo) 2
- ⁠Capsicum (Peprika) 1
- ⁠Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 3-4
- ⁠Water 1 Glass

Method :-

In wok , add oil , add bay leaves , whole spices ,onion fry until translucent , add ginger garlic paste and mix well , add red chilli powder , coriander powder , turmeric powder , korma masala , peprika powder , salt and mix well , add tomato puree , mix and covered for 5 minutes ⏰ , after 5 minutes add beef mince mix well and cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes ⏰ until water reduced , add potatoes , capsicum and mix well for 5 minutes ⏰, add water mix , Covered and Cook on medium flame for 5-8 minutes ⏰ , after that , add Green chillies , covered and cook on low medium flame for 5 minutes ⏰ , garnish with fresh coriander

Now Shimla mirch Aloo keema is ready serve with naan and Enjoy !
