Colin Farrell as Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot filming The Batman spinoff The Penguin in New York City. He was spotted doing scenes for the upcoming HBO Max TV series with another actor and a purple Maserati. The Batman spinoff centers around Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot character as a lieutenant of Carmine Falcone, the mob boss, and has him as the father of Selina Kyle aka Zoë Kravitz’s Catwoman, according to Vulture.
