Swordplay and sorcery highlight this epic film that is as complex and intriguing as Game of Thrones. Golden City was a peaceful city on Phoenix Island until a long bearded magician (Tsai Hung) and a gang of pirates led by the Black Pirate (Tung Li), killed the Emperor (Tien Yeh) and his three Generals and took over the city for their own. Nineteen years later, the three children (played by Polly Shang, Cheung Lik, and Li Chung Chien) of the three Generals and an exiled Princess (Sze Ma Yu Chao) decide to avenge the death of their parents and kill the Black Pirate and his right-hand man, the magician, and reclaim the Golden City for their family’s honor.
