Yo everyone, welcome back to another video!
So in today's video, I talk about the phenomenon that is volume eating. And volume eating is pretty much when you include lots of low calorie foods in your diet so you can eat larger portions and remain full and satisfied throughout the day. And for anyone who has a big appetite like myself, including a lot of low calorie, high volume foods in your diet is going to be a game changer when you're on lower calorie fat loss diet.
So, I set myself a calorie goal of 1800 calories with the aim to show you how much you can actually eat on lower calories if you make some smart choices in terms of high volume recipes. So, for breakfast I go with a very high volume egg, spinach and mushroom mix with a couple of slices of toast on the side. For lunch, I have a HUGE salad and if you are looking for the best foods to fill you up on your fat loss diet, including a big salad in your diet each day is a smart move - sooo high in volume, so filling and you can make it very tasty.
For dinner, I go with a quick, easy and high volume chicken stir-fry and then my final meal includes some sugar free jelly, mixed berries, quark and dark chocolate.
So, I hope you enjoy this low calorie, high protein and high volume full day of eating and whether you are on a cut or not, including some high volume recipes in your diet is a great way to keep you feel and prevent you from going over your calorie goal.
