I'm learning AI automation in public — zero money, zero paid courses, just pure building.
This week I stopped rewatching full Python tutorials and revised only what actually matters for AI automation:
✅ API handling & requests module
✅ JSON parsing & nested data
✅ Error handling with try-except
✅ Virtual environments & API keys
✅ Debugging basics
I grabbed my free Gemini API key from Google AI Studio and free Grok API key from the Grok Console — and immediately started building small projects instead of studying theory.
Projects I built this week:
→ Weather App using live API
→ Terminal AI Chatbot
→ CLI Expense Tracker
My only rule: Learn → Build → Break → Debug → Repeat
🔑 The biggest realization — you don't need advanced Python for AI automation. You need practical Python. API calls, JSON handling, error fixing — that's what builds real automations.
