UMvC3 Storm TAC Loop Proof of Concept

Trying out a theory of mine and others. Off a TAC, possibly all of them still testing, Storm can do both a lightning sphere loop and her fly loop into a double typhoon xx hailstorm and link into elemental rage if wanting to. Also you can still TAC into someone else if available
