1 LB box noodles of choice, I used elbow
1 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
4 cups of half and half
1 cup sharp cheddar
1 cup gruyere
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup gouda
This mixture should be as thin as possible. The rest will cook in the oven
*you can use any cheese these are just my faves
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp paprika
*optional annatto oil, 2 tsp
(add salt at the very end of the mixture if not seasoned to your liking)
Top with extra cheese for a gooey crust
Make sure you keep n eye on the baking process as not overcook and coagulate, broil on high for a few minutes but make sure you’re watching it so it doesn’t burn
