How to get rid of swollen feet and ankles with massage, get slim feet and skinny ankles.

Swelling in the ankles, feet and legs is often caused by a build-up of fluid in these areas, called oedema.

Oedema is usually caused by: standing or sitting in the same position for too long. eating too much salty food.
We have a massage to reduce swelling of feet and ankles.

Before the massage, it is recommended to soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes.
Warm water helps blood vessels to expand and help reduce the accumulation of fluid around the feet.

Let's get started.

Step 1
Apply body lotion starting from the toes to the ankles for 20 seconds.
Press both thumbs on the top of the foot and slide them toward the center of the foot 10 times.
Press the thumb in the middle of the foot, slide it into the space between the toes. Do 3 rounds.

Step 2
Pull the toes up to stretch the toes.
Use your fingers to massage into the space between your fingers 10 times.
Use your fingers to insert the toe gap, move your fingers gently for a few minutes. Do 3 rounds.

Step 3
Apply lotion to the ankle and massage in circular motions around the ankle for 20 seconds.
Use your knuckles to massage in circular motions for 20 seconds.

Step 4
Squeeze the muscles from the heel to the ankle for 30 seconds.

Step 5
Use both knuckles to begin massaging from toe to ankle for 10 seconds.
Place your fingers on your feet and drag them up 10 times.
Use your hands to grab your ankles and drag them up 10 times
Finished, Do it once a day.

We recommend elevating your feet, moving your feet more often, and reducing eating salty.
