About the Speaker:
Dr. Avinash Kumar is a seasoned technology leader and academic researcher, currently serving as Vice President at MSCI Inc. With over 11 years of experience in the IT and analytics industry, he has worked extensively at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, cloud technologies, and AI-driven systems.

Academically, Dr. Kumar holds an M.Tech in Data Science & Engineering from BITS Pilani, an MBA in Data Science & Analytics from IIT Patna, and a Post Graduate Diploma from IIIT Delhi. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Agentic AI from IIT Patna, where his research focuses on autonomous AI agents, cognitive architectures, and next-generation intelligent systems.

Beyond industry and research, he is a TEDx speaker, a technical blogger, and a learning facilitator (guest faculty) for advanced technology programs. He actively mentors IT professionals and engineering students, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research, industry practice, and leadership.
