Washington Today (12-13-23): Hunter Biden defies House Republican subpoena in impeachment inquiry

Hunter Biden defies a subpoena from a House Committee to testify in closed session in the Republican-led impeachment inquiry of his father, President Joe Biden. Hunter Biden instead makes a statement outside the U.S. Capitol Building, apologizing for his past bad, personal behavior, saying, "My father was not financially involved in my business", and saying he will testify only in an open hearing.

We will hear from Hunter Biden and the Republicans' response.

House today passes a resolution along party lines to formally authorize the impeachment inquiry of President Biden.
