Frank Hannon talks with the mother of Randy Rhoads

TESLA guitarist Frank Hannon travelled to the Musonia School Of Music in North Hollywood, California, where he got a chance to speak with Kelle Rhoads, the brother of legendary OZZY OSBOURNE guitarist Randy Rhoads, and Randy and Kelle's 89-year-old mother, Delores Rhoads, a public school music teacher who founded Musonia in 1948.
