How to Crochet Mask Helpers Two Ways!

Mask Helpers are a great way to keep elastic off of the ears to reduce soreness after wearing face masks for a long period of time. Easy to stitch crochet strips have a button on either side to hook the elastic mask loops on. This pattern and video has two versions of the helpers...a vertically stitched "stretchy" version and a horizontally stitched "sturdy" version.
