Ingredients :-
1 kg. basmati rice(soaked)
1/2kg.green peas
250 gm. potato
200 ml. mustard oil
2 bay leaf
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 teaspoon fengureek seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2teaspoon black pepper corn
1 black cardamom
4 green cardamon
8 cloves
1 mace
small piece of nutmeg
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2red chill powder
2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon salt(as per taste)
6 to 8 green chilli
1/2cup green coriander leaves finely chopped
3 medium size tomato roughly chopped
1.5 litre water
