This is a new series for a bit of fun over the summer. Over the next few months I'll be riding to different ice cream stops to sample their delights, then when I feel as though I have visited enough I shall announce the GRAND WINNER of ICE CREAMS. For this first episode I visit 'OUTPOST' based at the Lakeside Manor Hotel in Virginia, County Cavan, Ireland.
