Trump sends National Guard to Portland to help with ICE
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke out against the "extremely troubling" arrest of conservative journalist Nick Sortor outside an ICE facility in Portland, adding that President Donald Trump is now considering cutting funds to the city following the incident.
