I used translate.google.com, plugged in the url and Google gave me the english.

You're going to need ADB and fastboot. I used Linux: https://linuxtechlab.com/install-adb-fastboot-ubuntu/

Main steps are:
1. Remove Chinese trackers.
2. Set new launcher
3. Install a sequence of Google Services
4. Register your Google Account on the phone
5. Install sequence of Google Framework
6. Use 2Accounts to clone apps you have trouble logging into natively and run them in 2Accounts.

I suggest side loading a file manager you plan to install apk with prior to starting because you'll loose the native file manager when removing trackers. You once you get going you can use a lot of apps from Firefox or DuckDuckGo.
