Hulk Hogan is best known as a former wrestler, actor, and reality television star and with his success, he’s snagged some pretty nice Florida real estate over the years. Back in 1992, Hulk paid $2 million for a waterfront property in Belleair, Florida. In 2014 Hulk paid $3 million for a home in nearby Clearwater, Florida. In 2016 he paid $1.6 million for the home next door.
The first home was demolished and he spent the next several years building an opulent mansion in its space that encompassed more than 17,000 square feet. Fun fact - this is the home that viewers saw on the reality show "Hogan Knows Best. The latter is Hulk’s more modest real estate purchase, downsizing to a 2,000 square foot home with features like a beachfront deck among the sand dunes and panoramic views.
