Little is known of the duo, but this was contributed by Contortion Historian Glen Holman: “I received information from their son, Gilles Arnaut, who was assembling a site dedicated to his parents' careers. It was only up for a short while and in French so he was unable to understand or translate it. His story was that his father had a concept for a snake adagio and auditioned partners. She arrived for something entirely different and walked into the wrong studio - but was right for this role! They performed all over the world to the highest standard, sadly she passed in 1986 and he around 2005. Thanks, Mr. Contorture, for dusting off these masterpieces from times past! Let's see if some of these might be recreated ...”
