FIRE YOUR LAB

When you’re doing everything at the highest level and you’re not getting that back from your lab, it's time to say 👋 👋

BUT…. ⚠️

Here’s what I’d do first:

1. Make sure you sat down and exchanged expectations. Were you clear on what you expected? And, while you’re at it, was your lab clear on what they expected from you?

2. Make sure you’re communicating, not just when the 💩 is hitting the fan, but regularly and proactively, on what’s:

💪🏼 Going well
👎🏼 Needs improvement
📏 If contacts are always high let your lab know. It’s often a simple fix. If they’re light, same.

3. Makes sure you’re holding up your end of the bargain: Nice preps, crisp scans/impressions, clear instructions that your lab can actually read.
