35 Minute At-Home Metabolic Training Workout for Weight Loss, Strength and Endurance!

This metabolic training workout combines structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic-rate during and after the workout.

For this workout you just need a kettle-bell. It can be anywhere between 10 and 50 lbs. If you're new to kettlebells, start light. If you're experienced, choose a weight that will change you.

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. 8 sets for each round. Rest 90 seconds between each round.

0:35 Round 1) Pop Squats and Mountain Climbers

9:50 Round 2) Right Arm KB Swings and Left Arms KB Swings

19:20 Round 3) KB Curls/Halos and Stiff Leg Deadlift/Upright Rows

28:52 Round 4) Burpees and Planks
