$480 Billion Vote TODAY | Chuck Schumer SAYS Stimulus Package Will Become Main FOCUS

Update: Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi say after the $480 billion debt ceiling vote today, the stimulus package will become the main focus of the democrat party. The debt ceiling bill will keep the federal government funded through the first week of December. The government will have to take on $480 billion in new debt to do this. This will keep monthly checks for social security, SSI and SSDI flowing and federal employment going. Pelosi said before the bill is written some difficult decisions need to be made very soon. Will the 80+ members of congress that told us we will get a fourth stimulus check stand up for the people or will they drop the 4th stimulus check? Many are now saying the stimulus package should be updated to strengthen existing social safety net programs, not new social safety net programs.
