Astronaut Jessica Watkins Answers Kentucky Student Questions - Aug. 22, 2022

Aboard the International Space Station, NASA Expedition 67 Flight Engineer Jessica Watkins answered pre-recorded questions about life and work on the orbiting laboratory during an in-flight event August 22 with students, faculty, and staff at the Challenger Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Watkins is in the midst of a science mission living and working aboard the microgravity laboratory to advance scientific knowledge and demonstrate new technologies for future human and robotic exploration missions as part of NASA’s Moon and Mars exploration approach, including lunar missions through NASA’s Artemis program.
