Calculated Attributes for Amazon Connect Customer Profiles | Amazon Web Services

This video will show how calculated attributes use your historical customer data to analyze customer behavior and provide actionable data points and metrics. Calculated attributes can be used to automate your contact flows and provide agents with relevant information to better serve your customers. By default, Customer Profiles automatically generates calculated attributes from Amazon Connect contact history data. APIs can be used to edit or create custom calculated attributes.
