8 Quick Twitch muscle exercises that you can do at home. Training these muscles will make you faster and more explosive! Beat out more infield hits, steal more bases, have more range on the infield, and track down more balls in the grass.

Work each of these drills 3X each leg for 30 seconds. As promised, NO RUNNING. This is the perfect workout for me since my foot is hurt and I had to take a couple weeks off of running.
