A Hoarder’s Heart : How did I let it get this bad?!

I am hiding my identity because I feel ashamed of this. I feel overwhelmed at all of this and I let it happened. How did I let it get to this point? I’m so afraid of being judged of this. I think a lot of other people who hoard feel the same way. We’re afraid to ask for help because we’re afraid to admit we did this. But my heart wants to beat this and be able to make quick decisions and be organized. As I take this journey to beat my hoarding, I just keep taking steps towards my goal: a clean home to entertain friends & family and to live free of this anxiety of letting go of stuff!!
