Crispy Lechon Pork Belly Roll

Crispy Lechon Pork Belly became one of the most popular food during Christmas and New Year!

Although the festive season just ended embracing the 2020 it does not mean we cannot cook this delicious and crispy lechon belly especially those who missed doing it and are craving for that succulent pork skin that melts in your mouth after making the first super crispy bite.

Ingredients

3kg pork belly
black pepper
salt
5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
3 bunch spring onion
2 stalks lemon grass
1 tbsp vegetable oil + 3 tbsp soy sauce

The secret in making a pork skin crispy is making sure it is dry and refrigerating it overnight
