Exercise for ADHD Focus: Science-Backed Hack

While medications and supplements may be helpful for you, exercise is without a doubt a tool that needs to be leveraged for better brain function in ADHD

Find something you enjoy and that makes you move for 20 minutes

I know EDS, POTS, fibromyalgia, and other conditions commonly co-occur in the ADHD community.

If that’s the case for you, please meet with a physical or occupational therapist to find the movement that is right for your body
