From Bridges to Bifanas............. Portugal. Don't forget the mustard and piri on the bifana!!

Come on a quick drive with us and I will take you across a couple of beautiful bridges and then to the town of Vendas Novas for a great Bifana Sandwich and Cilantro Soup. We eat Bifanas all over Portugal but Vendas Novas is a special place to stop. The bridges across the Tejo are something very special and I am happy to share a few of them with you.
