Mel Fisher's Treasures From The Deep! Gold! Doubloons!

Visiting Key West at anytime is exciting, but during the “season,” meaning during the winter, it is even more so. During our trip to Key West, we saw way too many sights to put them all in one video, so we’ve split them. We made a couple of “All around Key West” videos as well as videos of Hemingway’s House, Mel Fisher’s Treasures from the deep, the Butterfly Conservation House, and the Southernmost Point of the continental USA. This video shows MANY of the treasures that Mel Fisher and his family found while diving for the wreck of the treasure ship, the Atocha, that contained much gold bullion and doubloons.

We took the Old Town Trolley Tours and it’s worth every dime of your money! Yes, it’s expensive, but so is parking everywhere in Key West. So, if you find a parking garage or stay in a hotel on the Trolley’s route, you can leave your car and ride the bus, which makes 13 stops along the way around the island.
