DIY Ice Fishing Track Sled Build | Budget SnowDog-Style Sled (Start to Finish)

In this video, I build a budget DIY ice fishing track sled from start to finish, a SnowDog-style sled designed to pull ice fishing gear, sleds, and equipment across the ice.

This was my first major fabrication project, using tools like an angle grinder and welder, and it took nearly a full year from concept to completion. I walk through the entire process, including what worked, what turned out a little different than anticipated, and what I’d do differently next time.
