Restoration - Raadvad

Today we restoration - renovated a bread slicer made in Denmark under the number 294.

The Raadvad company was founded in the second half of the 18th century in Denmark and made a living producing knives and kitchen equipment.

The Danish slicer was made according to the original design by Ove Larsen in the second half of the 20th century.

The kitchen slicer is used for precise slicing of pastries.
The slicer allows us to adjust the thickness using an adjustable stop.
