IVR vs ABR - Invesco Mortgage Capital vs ARBBOR Realty Trust

IVR (Invesco Mortgage Capital) and ABR (ARBBOR Realty Trust) are two mortgage reits or mreits that I have been asked to review in the comments of my video reviewing EPR Properties which is a speciality REIT so I thought I would create a video comparing the two.

In this video I compare IVR and ABR on a number of metrics in a head to head so you can see how they compare to each other and at the end of the video I give my opinions and let you know if I will be investing in either of these dividend stocks.
