Russian Verbs of Motion With Prefixes - Lesson 1
'Russian verbs of motion with prefixes' is a free online video course for all who learn Russian. This is the lesson 1, let's get started!
Course Description:
1. We will learn 14 verbs of motion which are constantly used in speech.
2. We will briefly review what Russian unidirectional and multidirectional verbs of motion mean.
3. We will understand the meaning of the basic prefixes for the verbs of motion in Russian.
4. We will practice the use of different prefixes and do some exercises.
What will we learn in the Lesson 1:
3:30 We will review unidirectional and multidirectional verbs of motion in Russian.
18:30 We will review perfective and imperfective forms of a verb.
26:00 We will look at the 2 first verbs of motion with different prefixes and practice them.
This video has Russian and English subtitles.
The list of the all verbs of motion in Russian we will go through this online video course.
идти - ходить (to walk, to go on foot)
бежать - бегать (to run)
ехать - ездить (to go by transportation, vehicle)
плыть - плавать (to swim)
вести - водить (to lead)
везти - возить (to transport)
гнать - гонять (to drive, to chase)
катить - катать (to roll, to ride)
лезть - лазить (to climb)
лететь - летать (to fly)
брести - бродить (to wander, to roam)
нести - носить (to carry)
ползти - ползать (to crawl)
тащить - таскать (to drag, to pull)
