Bringing my 250W Polar Modulation 20 meter radio prototype back from the brink of abandonment

Day one of getting my 250W radio to the point where I can start testing. Months ago, JLCPCB wouldn't import parts that would be tariffed twice, so I decided to see if I could still build with stencil and tweezers.
This was a bad choice. Time to right my wrongs.
