🔨They want to see if you are improving yourself professionally.
💭They want to see if you were prepared for this very common interview question.
🤔They want to see how you speak critically of yourself!

The trick is to pick something that’s true, but pretty harmless!

✅ You want them to think, “Oh, yeah, I do that too! Good to know you’re working on it.”

And move onnnnnn. ✌️
